Job Summary
This position will provide in-depth, intensive support to Tehama County students with mental health & behavioral issues including: implementation of comprehensive positive behavioral support plans, effective behavior management strategies, and wellness services provided through the School Based Mental Health & Wellness program. Experience in Human Services, Social Work, Addiction Studies, Mental Health, Substance Use/Addiction or Child Welfare. TCDE pays up to $18,768 per year towards Health & Welfare benefits. NOTE to TCDE employees:
Employees that apply for a promotional opportunity will typically be placed on step one of the new higher classification. If step one is lower than their current salary, they will be placed at a step that provides for at least a 5% increase. If they have previous experience in a same higher classification they will be placed commensurate with that verified experience (lower classification experience does not apply to higher classifications).
