Job Summary

Please note that this position is not a match for candidates requiring emergency credentials, permits, internships, or those unable to independently conduct IEPs without oversight from a fully credentialed staff member. In accordance with California regulations, a fully credentialed special education teacher must oversee all aspects of IEP development, implementation, and assessments. As such, only fully credentialed candidates will be considered for this role.

MATERIALS 1) Appropriate Special Education Credential that authorizes an RSP setting (Moderate Support Needs, Mild/Mod, Mod/Severe, RSP cert. or added auth.) Autism and English Learner authorization is required. Dual Credential in Extensive Support Needs or Mod/Severe, Early Childhood Special Education, or added auth. preferred (Detailed copy - must be current and reflect eff/exp dates) If you are currently finishing student teaching, but do not yet have a CA credential issued by CTC, please provide written documentation from the university that you are on track to finish with an anticipated completion date listed. 2) EL Certification (CLAD,etc) 3) Three (3) current letters of reference/recommendation 4) Current Resume 5) Transcripts - BA/BS degree and beyond 6) Cover Letter 7) CSET/Exam Score reports
