Eastside Christian Schools is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager that embodies the following: • an authentic faith and love in Jesus Christ • clear and effective communication skills • helpful and willing attitude working at a private Christian school • punctual and great with time management • integrity in work ethic **Responsibilities** • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. • Manage recruitment processes including interviewing and onboarding new employees. • Prepare and manage employee certifications, background checks, and reference checks. • Communicate benefits information to employees and answer basic questions. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding workers' compensation and human capital management. • Administer payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner. • Answer payroll-related inquiries (overtime, deductions, etc.). • Ensure proper documentation for wage garnishments or other payroll adjustments. • Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict management support as needed. • Provide support during employee disciplinary processes or investigations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related laws and company policies.

• Proven experience in human resources management or a related field. • Strong knowledge of HR practices including conflict management, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
