BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned Manager, perform a variety of administrative support functions in an assigned departmental office; relieve the supervisor of administrative details; organize and coordinate office activities and coordinate the flow of communications; assist with various budget planning, preparation, monitoring activities, and maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience. College-level course work in business office management or related field is desirable. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Employee must provide their own transportation. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance
