Job Summary

Bishop Montgomery High School is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to the President to support the daily operations of the President’s Office and assist with board communications, meetings, and event coordination. This individual will also provide key support for advancement events, ensuring smooth execution and hospitality for donors, alumni, and community members.

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills: Strong commitment to the mission and values of Bishop Montgomery High School and Catholic education. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience coordinating events and working with donors is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Compensation & Benefits: Full-time, 12-month position with comprehensive benefits. Competitive salary range of $22.00 - $35.00 an hour commensurate with experience.
