The Field Trip Specialist supports the successful coordination and implementation of the schoolwide Field Trip Program by managing logistical and administrative tasks for assigned trips. This role involves direct communication with venues, registration management, payment coordination, and accurate record-keeping. Reporting directly to the Lead Field Trip Specialist, the Field Trip Specialist works collaboratively with all members of the Field Trip Team to ensure high-quality, well-executed experiences for students and families. Occasional field trip hosting is expected to help assess program quality, gather feedback, and support ongoing improvements.
