Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates will be paper screened, tested and interviewed prior to selection. Only those applicants who pass paper screening will be contacted by Human Resources and invited to test. All applicants, including employees of HBCSD, must submit an EdJoin application and required attachments via EdJoin by the posted deadline. Please refer to the job description attached to this posting to ensure you meet the qualifications that are required.

Verification of successful completion of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training. *(Submit a copy of your ABA/DTT certification. If training has not been completed, certification/verification of successful completion of required ABA/DTT training within 3 months of hire. District will provide access to training and required supervision hours upon hire.) You will not need to retest if you have passed the test at one of the following districts: Newport Mesa Unified School District, Huntington Beach Union High School District, Ocean View School District, Fountain Valley School District, Westminster School District. Complete and submit online EdJoin application with required attachments: It is your responsibility to scan all required documents. We do not accept e-mailed, mailed or faxed documents.
