Visions is seeking a Career & Technical Education (CTE) and Dual Enrollment (DE) Manager to lead staff in administering, monitoring, and implementing the requirements for quality CTE and DE programs and all associated grant requirements. The CTE and DE Manager provides leadership and support for the staff and collaborates with administrators, instructional staff, and community members to assure that appropriate CTE and DE curriculum and instructional practices are occurring at Visions. The CTE and DE Manager meets with CTE teachers, DE Advisors, local, regional, and statewide members of the public involved in CTE and DE, workforce development boards, colleges, and professional learning communities to support the implementation of CTE and DE program requirements. The CTE and DE Manager has direct supervision and oversight of assigned staff. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael/Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.
