GENERAL SUMMERY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general supervision of the Building Principal and Director of Student Services performs paraprofessional instructional and personal hygiene activities in specialized programs; to provide intensified learning experiences for students in regular class, special education and resource specialist programs; to provide a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel and any other duties assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

GENERAL SUMMERY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general supervision of the Building Principal and Director of Student Services performs paraprofessional instructional and personal hygiene activities in specialized programs; to provide intensified learning experiences for students in regular class, special education and resource specialist programs; to provide a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel and any other duties assigned. IN-HOUSE APPLICANTS: Interested employees should submit a letter of interest with current resume to Irma Chavez at the District Office. OUTSIDE APPLICANTS: • A completed Firebaugh-Las Deltas Unified School District classified application form available at www.fldusd.com District Office. • A cover letter discussing the candidate’s qualifications. • A copy of candidate’s resume • Two letters of recommendation. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Applicant must meet NCLB requirements; 48 semester units or AA degree or pass paraeducator exam (for information go to www.fcoe.org) High School Diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver’s License First Aid and CPR certification
