Job Summary
Under the direction of the general supervision of the school principal and PBIS Coach, within a broad framework of standard policies and procedures work as a team with the teacher, school counselor, and administration to provide additional support to students with high behavior needs. This position is intended to provide behavioral support to general education students and support the general education teacher in order to implement consistent positive behavior management strategies.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Qualifications: * Two years’ experience working with students. (Education may be substituted for experience) * Two years of college credit OR - Associates Degree OR - Can demonstrate through a local assessment, knowledge of, and the ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics ** PLEASE ATTACH COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS OR COPY OF DEGREE TO APPLICATION **
