Join Our Team at Dehesa Method Sports Academy (https://www.mydmsa.com/) Dehesa Method Sports Academy (DMSA) is a tuition-free school under Dehesa School District, designed specifically for San Diego-area student-athletes. Located in El Cajon, our program provides a unique blend of high-quality academics and elite athletic training. Students attend in-person classes Monday through Thursday, receiving small-group instruction in the classroom and personalized, sport-specific training on the field or court. Fridays are dedicated to online learning, allowing students the flexibility to travel and meet their team and training commitments. We Are Looking for Passionate Educators! Dehesa School District is currently seeking full-time teachers (7.5 hours per day) in all subject areas to support independent study students at DMSA. We are looking for dynamic, student-centered educators who thrive in a flexible, innovative learning environment.
