Murrieta Valley USD is currently accepting applications for K-12 substitute teaching.
Requirements / Qualifications
In order to be eligible for this position, candidates must possess either a valid CA 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit or a CA Teacher Credential. Additionally, having a Multiple Subject or Single Subject Credential with an EL Authorization is highly desired. The district is committed to supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. If selected to be hired, we will cover the costs associated with fingerprints required for employment, pre-employment drug screening and acquiring a valid TB Test if necessary. It's important to note that if you do not currently possess a valid certificate of clearance through the CTC (California Commission on Teacher Credentialing), you will be responsible for the associated fees required for fingerprints and obtaining the necessary permit/credential. Once the interview process is completed, successful candidates will receive an invitation to attend a mandatory compensated orientation on October 30, 2024. This event will provide valuable information and insights related to the position and our District.
