Job Summary
The Human Resources Specialist serves the School by assisting with the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fulfill organizational staffing needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of recruitment practices and talent acquisition. Additionally, the HR Specialist will serve the school by coordinating the completion of a variety of general office tasks and providing support to the Human Resources Administrator. This position is offered remotely and is a year-round position with excellent benefits.
