This position is not eligible for health benefits. Vacation and sick leave accrued. 14 paid holidays annually. This position qualifies for CalPERS retirement. The employee contribution rate for CalPERS is either 7% or 8% of monthly earnings depending on the membership date. This position also contributes to Social Security. The contribution rate for Social Security is 6.2% of monthly earnings.
