Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Food Services, the Satellite Production Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day food production at a service site, ensuring quality meal preparation, food safety compliance, and efficient kitchen operations. This position includes customer service oversight, meal counting, money management from POS transactions, and ordering warehouse inventory from the Culinary Center. The Satellite Production Manager works closely with the Culinary Center Production Manager, Warehouse Coordinator and School Site Leads to ensure smooth meal service and operational efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: A combination of training and experience, which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities, may be qualifying. We reserve the right to determine if a candidate meets the qualifications. *High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred. *Minimum of three years of experience in food production, institutional meal service, or school food service operations. *Experience with customer service and POS system management preferred.
