DEFINITION Under supervision of the Director of Maintenance or designee, provide direction and oversee the work of journeyman craftsmen and workers; perform highly skilled work in the electrical trades. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; journeyman-level experience in the electrical trade. Licenses and other requirements: Valid California driver’s license. Driving record acceptable to the District’s insurance carrier. Electrician License Fire Alarm/Edwards Systems Technology Certifications (must obtain within 12 months of appointment in the position). Desired Qualification: Lead worker experience.
THIS POSITION IS TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. However, if selected you must have fingerprint clearance. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INCUDE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITH YOUR APPLICATION. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION NOT BEING PROCESSED.
