Requirements / Qualifications

  3. Three References must be listed on the application
  4. Two years of general accounting/clerical work experience
  5. 12 to 14 units of college level accounting or any equivalent combination of training and/or experience
  6. Valid CA Drivers License
  7. ATTACH a DMV Printout (no older than 90 days) and must show *END* on the report. The online report will be accepted as long it is printed from the web browser, clicking the 'print' button displayed on the Driver History Report page (The Driver History Report page cannot be accepted, you MUST click the print button and save as a PDF to attach); copy/paste versions will not be accepted. Drivers may be asked to supply a certified DMV report at any time
  8. Must type at a net speed of 35 words per minute (Certificate required) For online typing course certificate please click on the following link and you will be directed to the testing site https://www.ratatype.com/ the test must be dated within 60 days of the application. Prior CUSD typing certificate will be accepted.
