REQUIREMENTS: To be included as attachments with your online application: 1) Cover Letter (addressed to Dr. Ben Acker, Principal of Dana Middle School) 2) Resume 3) A minimum of three (3) current letters of recommendation 4) Detailed Credential copy of Single Subject Credential with Dance Authorization and Music Authorization or any equivalent combination. OR, Detailed Single Subject or Multiple Subject Credential with Dance and Music authorizations to teach grades K-8. (must be current and reflect valid expiration dates) or university letter of credential recommendation date included - Willingness to apply for an emergency authorization and subject matter plan over 2 years to obtain 1 authorization if one is already held is okay; please indicate in cover letter. 5) EL Certification (CLAD, ELA 1, ELAS, etc) 6) Transcripts – BA/BS degree and beyond 7) CSET Copies or other Subject Matter verification

Collaborative team player who maintains a growth mindset and centers student wellness. Experience designing and implementing curriculum that is engaging for students and meets their diverse needs. Willing to teach a variety of courses within your certification to meet the needs of the school. Excited to be an active and involved member of our supportive and inclusive school community.
