Under the direction of the Assistant Principal of Arts, the Director of the Commercial Dance Conservatory is responsible for the development, management, and long-term vision of the Commercial Dance Conservatory (CMD). CMD offers a dynamic curriculum with varied courses indicative of the Commercial Dance industry. The Director of CMD will continually strive to achieve the school-wide mission of providing an unparalleled education in a creative, challenging, and nurturing environment to a diverse student body passionate about the arts, preparing them to reach their highest potential.
Requirements / Qualifications
Resume Letter of Intent addressed to Dr. Maria Lazarova Three (3) Letters of Reference
A master’s degree in dance or equivalent professional experience in the commercial dance industry and dance education. No credential is necessary at the time of applying. However, the selected candidate will be required to obtain a Preliminary Career and Technical Education (CTE credential) during the onboarding process and before the start of their assignment.

He/she/they will need to work at a high level of independence and be proficient with technology.
