The Deputy Superintendent of Schools is responsible for providing strategic oversight across all four ECS schools to ensure alignment with academic, operational, and leadership priorities. This individual will supervise and support four principals, Director of Student Wellness, and the Data Manager, ensuring that enrollment, attendance, academic achievement, parent engagement, and student wellness goals are met. As a key executive leader, the Deputy Superintendent will cultivate a high-performance leadership culture, ensuring principals and school teams receive timely feedback and professional development. This leader will also guide ECS's ongoing equity-driven and student-centered initiatives, keeping data-informed decision-making at the heart of school improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience and a track record of success in school leadership and staff management.
