Requirements / Qualifications

Under the direction of an assigned administrator, assist in the administration of school sites and a wide variety of programs; administer delegated functions specific to assigned area(s); assist in the management of programs involving teachers, aides, and auxiliary staff; assist in the supervision and evaluation of the performance of assigned staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: Master’s Degree in education, special education or related field, and three years successful teaching experience in regular and/or special education. Valid Administrative Services Credential, Certificate of Eligibility for the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential or be eligible to obtain an Administrative Services Intern Credential. Valid Teaching credential in one or more areas of special education. Possession of a valid California Class C driver’s license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
