Job Summary

Job Summary

Provides technical assistance in a large high school or equivalent attendance office and prepares and accounts for complex attendance reports in accordance with the California Education Code. Trains and provides work direction to others to assure District and State mandated guidelines are met. High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional clerical or business training preferred. Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible clerical or record keeping experience with one year in a school office is strongly preferred.

Requires above average communication skills sufficient to interact in both formal and informal settings. Requires supervisory and staff management skills.

Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus. $9,360 per year for Employee-only medical benefit selection. $11,400 per year for Employee+1 or Family medical benefit selection.
