Job Summary
The Behavior Specialist will play a vital role in conducting, developing, and implementing/evaluating function-based positive behavior intervention plan plans (PBIP), as well as collaborating with each student’s assigned therapist to align therapeutic goals, IEP behavioral goals and the student’s personal goal. Reporting directly to the Behavior Program Manager, the Behavior Specialist will also complete initial incident report/behavior emergency report and submit in a timely fashion to Behavior Program Specialist within 24 hours after a behavior emergency.
