Under the general direction of the department director, the Achieving Success in Positive Interactions, Relationships, and Environments Grant (ASPIRE) Coaching Coordinator would be responsible for the development and implementation of coaching supports, resources, and training, aligned with grant deliverables. This position is funded by the California Department of Education ASPIRE grant and subject to funds availability. Please review job description in the tab below for further details.
Requirements / Qualifications
Job Requirements – Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree required; BA in early childhood/child development preferred; master’s degree preferred. - Experience: Experience working collaboratively with multiple agencies or counties on a shared project; Minimum 3 years of experience coaching at a local, county or regional level with the CLASS tool, Coach training experience preferred. Developing, coordinating and facilitating professional development activities for early childhood professionals using a strength-based approach. Experience using the CLASS tool as an observer and/or trainer.
