Attributes needed:
Prior experience supporting positive behavior by implementing Restorative and Transformative Practices (i.e., facilitating community circles, conducting conflict mediations, supporting teachers with classroom management as needed).
Prior experience with development of Behavior Intervention Plans, and the facilitation of Student Support Team (SST), 504, and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Meetings.
Prior experience building a master schedule, CCAPP, ELPAC, PSAT/SAT/AP Exams)
Prior experience and knowledge of applying data (School Data Liaison), Site Aeries Lead, Social Media (e.g. MHS Facebook, MHS Instagram) and Design Lab Coordinator
Availability to support with evening and weekend school events (e.g., athletics, dances, parent nights, contests).
Demonstrated knowledge of the MTSS for both academic and behavior and PBIS Models
Prior experience with facilitating student activities (i.e., Associated Student Body Meetings, the RPO process, and events).
