Under supervision of a program administrator, implement the family partnership program including family goal setting, social services support and parent engagement that meets the Performance Standards of Head Start and state regulations.

SCOE Classified Application Bilingual Preferred : English/Spanish/Farsi/Dari/Arabic EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school. One year experience in child development, social services or related programs such as community-based social services organization or pre-school programs. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. Traveling to various locations to conduct work. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. Department of Justice, FBI, CACI Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance will be required prior to employment.
