ABC is seeking qualified School Psychologist Interns for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an UNPAID position. General Description: The School Psychologist Intern works with a supervising psychologist and is responsible for the identification, placement, and follow-up of students referred for special education assessment at a specific school site. The School Psychologist Intern will also provide consultation to teachers and counseling under the supervision of supervising psychologist. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in a Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC) Program in School Psychology, CA Internship Credential (PPS), or letter from college/university indicating eligibility in lieu of a credential. *Please job description for additional details. Assignments/Duties: The School Psychologist Intern responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following duties assigned: • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments. • Collaborate with special education teams in the development and implementation of Individualized Educational Plans. • Provide individual and group counseling. • Provide consultation and support to schools, as necessary. • Participate in SST meetings, 504 plan meetings, and IEP meetings. • Conduct functional behavioral assessments. • Plan, coordinate, and/or develop social-emotional and behavior supports for students; assist in development of behavior intervention plans and implementation of supports.
