The ideal candidate will possess relevant classroom experience; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; flexibility; comfort with a variety of tasks/roles; a collaborative spirit; and a commitment to Catholic education. The teacher is an integral member of the teaching team in developing and enhancing established curriculum, as well as modeling a culture of learning and professionalism at Holy Name School. Qualifications: ? Reflect the Catholic values taught at Holy Name School ? Candidates must possess an undergraduate 4-year degree ? Experience working in the science field or science education preferred ? Willing to be able to work in a team environment ? Classroom management skills ? Teaching experience and a passion to work with children ? Open to hands-on learning experiences using lab integration and materials provided by science series ? Demonstrated communication skills with parents, faculty, and students ? Ability to utilize technology in a classroom environment and to integrate technology on a daily basis ? Commitment to excellence and rigor ? Familiar with teaching Next Generation Science Standards ? 3 full teaching days with 2 days o
