Requirements / Qualifications

Possess or be eligible for CA Education Specialist Mild/Mod with EL Authorization or Learning Handicapped Credential and CLAD. Intern Eligible for Education Specialist for Mild/Mod would be considered. Previous teaching experience and/or training with students with a variety of disabilities, learning, behavioral and emotional needs helpful. Applicants must be skilled in collaboration and consultation. Knowledge and understanding of the proper way to write an IEP. Knowledge of the Siras program helpful.
