St. Apollinaris Catholic School in Napa, CA is seeking a full-time bookkeeper for 30+ hours per week. The qualified candidate should be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks and payroll systems. The School Bookkeeper is responsible for, but not limited to; accounts payable and receivables; processing of payroll; monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; attendance at school finance meetings; and processing of personnel hiring paperwork and benefits maintenance. St. Apollinaris Catholic School is dedicated to excellence in education that is rich in Catholic tradition.
