Job Summary

REACH Leadership STEAM Academy is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader who will engage with students, staff, and families to ensure high student achievement and the attainment of reaching the mission and vision of REACH. The Principal will work closely with the CEO and administrative TEAM in communicating and supporting the mission of REACH, assisting with the overall functions of the school including coaching, curriculum, instruction, student behavior, student activities, summer school, promotion ceremonies, and data processing. Under the direction of the CEO, the Principal will collect, extract and evaluate large volumes of student records and data for transmission and reporting to various State and support agencies. Minimum Qualifications: A Master’s degree in school Administration is preferred; NCLB certification; appropriate EL authorization; and a minimum of three years of successful teaching or administrative experience in a charter school working with diverse socioeconomic and multi-ethnic students are preferred but not required.
