Job Summary

The Assistant Director of HR - Recruitment & Hiring oversees and manages all facets of employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, organizing job fairs, ensuring compliance with credentialing requirements, and supporting training and development programs for supervisors and leaders. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR leadership to optimize recruitment efforts and enhance overall efficiency while also handling other related responsibilities as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. * Masters degree strongly desired. * A minimum of 5 years of recruiting and hiring and/or human resource management experience is preferred. * Minimum of 3 years managing employees. * SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is highly desired. * Experience in an educational setting and/or charter schools is valued.
