Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer or designee, within a broad framework of standard operating policies and procedures, employees in this classification direct, coordinate, supervise, plan and organize the district's maintenance, operations, facilities and transportation vehicles; exercise responsibility for the general maintenance, repair and alterations of school buildings and grounds; direct, supervise and evaluate the work of the Maintenance Technicians and Drivers; collaborate with site administrators in the area of custodial operations; Coordinate with Superintendent, Chief Business Official, and Chief Operations Officer for future facility needs.
