BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned project administrator, process attendance claims submitted to the Child Development Department by contracted providers to arrange payment; prepare Agreement for Services for day care providers related to Federal Block/Alternative Payment programs; communicate with providers and families regarding attendance claims and related issues.

Edjoin Application SCOE DATA TECHNICIAN TEST CERTIFICATE. (If you do not have a certificate and your application meets requirements you may be invited to test. (Testing will be on 1/27/2025). ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice/FBI/CACI Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance and DMV clearance will be required prior to employment. Must be at least 18 years of age. IMMUNIZATIONS: Must comply with Senate Bill 792 immunization requirements for influenza, pertussis, and measles.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by course work in data analysis or related field and two years of experience in data analysis or related accounting function.
BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.
