Job Summary

Join our team and make a meaningful impact on student well-being in a high school environment. As a therapist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting student mental health, welfare, and wellness education through capacity-building direct services, consultations, and outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks, including counseling, mental health evaluations, treatment, and case management for both individuals and families. Collaborating with school sites, you'll provide a valuable mental health perspective to foster a positive school climate and help establish a multi-tiered system for student intervention and support. Within our student support teams, you'll also have the opportunity to design and lead effective student support structures, contributing to the holistic growth of our students.

Requirements / Qualifications

> Cover Letter > Resume > Master’s Degree or higher in counseling, psychology, clinical social work, or a closely related field > At least one of the following: - Valid Marriage Family Therapist (MFT), or - Marriage Family Child Counselor (MFCC) Certification/License, or - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Intern with BBS number (CSWI) > Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.
