BASIC FUNCTION: Under the general supervision of the Chief Business Official at Shoreline Unified School District organizes and supervises the activities of the cafeteria programs of Shoreline Unified School District, Nicasio School District, Lagunitas School District, and Bolinas-Stinson School District (represented Districts); assists in training cafeteria personnel; coordinates the operation between kitchen and cafeteria with the site administrators. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaboration of monthly menu planning with site managers and leads • Aware of and comply with state, local and district mandates • Maintain accurate records • Obtain bids from vendors for food, equipment or services • Coordinate procurement across district, leverage and prioritize local suppliers where possible • Manage and coordinate all aspects of state audit process for each represented District • Provide recommendations on improving efficiencies, process and implementation of reporting, menu development and procurement across represented Districts • Work within labor policies and procedures of the represented Districts • Support represented Districts in the development of a Wellness Plan as necessary • Attend monthly school wellness leadership meeting to report on progress as necessary • Provide quarterly updates to represented Districts on the implementation of the Wellness Plan as necessary • Work collaboratively across represented District's leadership teams, site administration and local communities • Communicate effectively with represented District's leadership teams, site administration and local communities • Coordinate local, state and federal grant opportunities, current and future • Promote regional school foods systems through local procurement and community organization across the represented Districts and communities • Performs related duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of • Methods, techniques and eq

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING: • AA in Nutrition Services, BA preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to exert 5O pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. • Ability to stoop, climb, stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor, physical mobility and stamina to participate in activities which may be strenuous. CLEARANCES: • State and Federal fingerprint clearance • TB clearance (every 4 years) • High school diploma or recognized equivalent+ minimum of 4 years of progressive responsible and experience in school nutrition services • Manager's Service Safe Certificate
