Under general supervision and direction, trains, supervises, and evaluates department staff; acts as technical lead, providing assistance and performing complex functions and specialized duties related to the development, implementation, and administration of personnel functions for the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE); performs other related duties as assigned.

LOCATION/WORK SCHEDULE
• Work Location: SCOE main campus, Mather, CA
• Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
EXAMINATION/SELECTION PROCESS
Qualified candidates will be invited to complete remotely administered examinations, requiring a computer, webcam, and microphone. If you are unable to participate remotely, contact the designated representative before the deadline to make alternate arrangements. Tentative exam administration dates:
Written/Performance Exam: 1/20/25 - 1/26/25
Oral Exam: 1/27/25 - 2/2/25
Final Interview: Held in person, date to be determined
Examination procedures are subject to change as deemed necessary by the Chief Administrator, Human Resources. The right is reserved to add, eliminate, or adjust examination steps and/or information on the posting, at any time, during the position posting and examination process.
