Job Summary

Under supervision from the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, this position performs complex and comprehensive confidential technical and analytical duties related to all aspects of the Human Resources department. Monitors state and federal requirements as they relate to human resources functions and requirements; monitors, analyzes and prepares confidential tasks including bargaining unit agreements, background checks and negotiations; monitors and analyzes credentialing requirements; organizes assigned office activities and coordinates flow of communications as liaison between the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and human resource staff, as required; performs a variety of technical work for personnel functions including computer report preparation and special project assignments; is the lead for essential functions related to the human resources department.
