The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a critical leadership role within The Classical Academies, focused on: 1. The continued growth and development of an already strong operations team to deliver exceptional operational results with increasing efficiency and effectiveness; 2. Building a replicable enrollment strategy across the organization from top of funnel to 11th-day retention; 3. Improving our use of data in decision-making through increasing precision, data insights, and green-lighting metrics; 4. Supporting the organization as a key member of the enterprise senior leadership team, building bridges across departments in service of our schools and students; 5. Building capacity for schools and teams, optimizing costs and space utilization, ensuring safety and compliance, and embedding financial discipline into operational strategy; 6. Managing compliance, contracts, permits, and local relationships with vendors, cities, and other jurisdictions of authority for facilities, construction, accessibility, recess, and field work; and 7. Leading growth planning and quarterbacking growth execution for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful implementation.
