Job Summary

Central Union High School District is looking for a dependable, highly motivated individual to join our team. The schedule for this position is 7:00am - 4:00pm. The requirements for this position are: Any combination of training, education, and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree in office management, business administration or closely related field and three (3) years of recent related experience in providing administrative support. Bilingual (English and Spanish) and public education experience are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have the following traits: strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, initiative; a proven record of good attendance and punctuality; ability to work independently, to multi-task, to learn and adapt quickly; and aligns with the District's core values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Under general supervision, performs responsible and complex secretarial and office management duties relieving the Principal of routine administrative details; coordinates and oversees the efficient daily operations and activities of the school offices; prepares regular and specialized reports, records and files; performs related duties as directed.
