Plan curriculum proven by research. Collaborate with colleagues and administrators. Create and implement innovative ideas to improve student achievement. Monitor and document student progress to ensure student success. Commit to providing a rigorous inquiry driven project based academic program that includes the arts, technology, and healthy living. Promote a partnership between home, school, and community. Implement technology to enhance teaching and student achievement. Implement a rigorous curriculum that moves students toward higher levels of thinking. Embrace and implement Positive Discipline (Jane Nelson). Commit to a program of continuous personal and professional growth. Commit to developing personal technology skills/goals. Recognize that the arts are supportive of the whole child and learning in all curricular areas.
