With schools dating back to the 1870s, the award-winning Riverside Unified School District (RUSD) is now the 16th largest school district in California. RUSD educates nearly 42,000 students across 50 schools in Riverside. The District serves a large portion of Riverside as well as the unincorporated areas of Highgrove and Woodcrest. MUST HOLD THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATES OR OBTAIN THEM BEFORE BEGINNING EMPLOYMENT: -Valid Credential/Permit or Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate (ASCC). -Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate. (Online course will not be accepted.) -Valid Concussion Training Certificate. -Valid Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training. -Valid Heat Illness Certificate -Valid Fundamentals of Coaching Certificate --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SALARY: Placement on the July 1, 2023 Coaching Stipends-Salary Schedule: One year of step credit for each year of previous coaching experience equivalent to public school paid experience, not to exceed 10 years. Stipend may be split.

Additionally applicants will be required to complete/participate in the following: AB1432 Mandated Reporting training, Safety training, and Technology Acceptable Use.
