LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C driver’s license and evidence of insurability. Print out of H-6 (good driving record documentation) is required at time of employment.

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director- Maintenance and Operations, plan, organize and direct daily operations and activities related to the construction,
installation, maintenance and repair of facilities, utilities and equipment; provide adequate scheduling, supplies and equipment to assure smooth and
efficient projects and activities; collaborate with administrators, personnel and others in the planning, organization and lay out of projects; supervise and
evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school supplemented by completion of an approved apprenticeship program and six years increasingly
responsible experience in the maintenance trades including two years in a lead capacity.
