Under the direction of the Family Resource Center Coordinator or assigned Supervisor, the Case Manager will monitor the progress of participants to ensure families are progressing toward stability, revise family specific service plans as necessary, and support all areas of program operation. See full job description. NOTE: 1 Case Manager will be placed at Elk Hills and 1 at Taft.

• Knowledge of community resources, services, and programs serving at risk students and families • Ability to prepare and maintain various records, reports and files while maintaining confidentiality • Ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish • High school diploma, or equivalent, and 20 college units in Child Development, Public and Human Services or other related fields and • 2 years experience working with children and/or families in a social service or educational environment required • Valid California Driver’s License

Comments and Other Information
• Work year: 12 months/year, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
• Tentative Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Salary: Range 9, Step 1: $19.08/hour – Step 6: $22.19/hour
• Medical, vision, and dental benefits provided to employee only, $46 monthly contribution
NOTE: 1 Case Manager will be placed at Taft and 1 at Elk Hills schools.
Pre-Employment Physical, Tuberculosis Clearance and Fingerprint Clearance by the California Department of Justice are conditions for this position.
