Requirements / Qualifications

Training and Experience: Family Services Support Aide II: 1. Completion of the twelfth (12th) grade or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of paid experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting or any combination of training experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities may be considered. 3. Possession and maintenance of a valid First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate. 4. Pertussis and Measles Immunizations 5. Successful completion of twelve (12) or more Early Childhood Education units required. ***Courses must be labeled/categorized as ECE (Early Childhood Education). Child Development and Education courses do not meet this requirement.*** Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications from an American Heart Association or American Red Cross approved ONLY , in-person course is required upon hire. No online certificates will be accepted.
