Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, Operations and Facilities Use, manages all aspects of the rental of Districtwide facilities and of Peninsula High School leases. Develops and implements short and long range strategies related to the efficiency and fiscal health of the department. Establishes and maintains professional, productive working relationships with District administrators, other employees, community groups, area residents, vendors, local, state and federal agencies and governmental leaders. Manages the department budget, operations, and personnel, including the Auditorium Manager and auditorium staff, and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel. The incumbent’s responsibilities will include developing and managing a self- sustaining budget, hiring, scheduling and evaluating all staff, and other related duties as assigned.
