BASIC FUNCTION: Under the general direction of the Director of Information Systems, perform a variety of difficult and complex analysis and programming of systems; determine compatibility of systems and programs; design new systems and prepare specifications of systems and programs for implementation; maintain and support assigned systems and databases. Executes defined procedures in the absence of the computer operator.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and three years of successful experience as a programmer or programmer analyst. Preferred experience with .NET/C# programming, Bootstrap, Query and JavaScript, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, Server and tools, SSIS package creation, T-SQL scripting, and automated task creation and scheduling in Windows and SSMS. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Drug Screen clearance.
