*Valid First Aid & CPR Certification is required. *Experience as a teacher, naturalist, coach, or other child-related fields is desirable. *Must be able to attend counselor selection meetings and any and all co-director training meetings.

The Overnight Director serves as the primary liaison between the Las Virgenes Unified School District and Camp Gilmore to offer all of our fifth-grade students an opportunity to participate in a comprehensive, local Outdoor Education program. The Overnight Director is responsible for the safety and supervision of students from 4:30 pm to 7:30 am for the duration of each camp session. He/She will manage all student needs during the overnight hours of camp and effectively communicate with parents as necessary. This position includes planning, preparation, and training hours as needed. Attendance at all meetings is mandatory. Overnight Director Stipend (Schedule B, Level 3) = $2,046 per week.
