Job Summary
Strong Workforce Programs Under direction of assigned administrator, incumbent will be assigned a wide scope of management and administrative responsibilities within the designated areas of Career Technical Education (CTE), career development, and college and career readiness with emphasis on program planning and development, other support services to educational program functions; serve as a resource on curriculum and operations to county office and school districts and other agencies.

Any combination equivalent to a master’s degree in education or related field. Five years of educational experience related to assigned subject area or program. * Valid Teaching or Services Credential and a * Valid Preliminary or Clear Administrative Services Credential * Candidate may be hired without an Administrative Services Credential, provided the following conditions are met: 1. Enrollment Requirement: Must enroll in an approved Administrative Services Credential Program. 2. Waiver Qualification: Candidates need to qualify for a Waiver to start in the position without the credential. 3. Completion Timeline: The Administrative Services Credential Program must be completed within five (5) years of hiring, show yearly progress, and meet all Waiver renewal requirements.
This Coordinator position is a specially funded (categorical) certificated position, as provided in (Ed. Code § 44909). This grant is contingent upon funding, is expected to expire June 30, 2027 and may have the possibility of renewal.
