Visions is seeking a Student Services Representative to work in our Records department. Our ideal candidate will be a professional, detail oriented, self starter with student records, transcripts, and immunizations experience. School Pathways or student information system experience preferred but not required. Please indicate on your resume and cover letter any Excel or Google Sheets skills you possess. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael/Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change. Visions In Education offers a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes options for 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), retirement (CalPERS), vacation (10 days), sick time and holiday (22 which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season).
